Both steel and graphite shafts in the Di5 iron provide a flexible tip section for a higher launch in the long irons progressively changing to a stiffer tip section in the short irons for a lower, controlled ball flight. The Di5 features either a steel True Temper proprietary Wilson Staff Taper Tech .370 tip shaft or a graphite UST proprietary Wilson Staff Nano Tech .370 tip shaft.
