Titleist® CB irons are traditional forged blades that offer solid feel, contemporary looks and advanced shot control for the highly skilled golfer.

CB irons feature a shallow cavity with an inner cavity muscle behind the impact area, short blade lengths and minimal progressive offset for both trajectory and shot shaping control. CB irons also feature a slightly wider, fuller sole for players who are more aggressive through the ground.

Titleist CB, contemporary forged blade irons with maximum shot control.

Insider Review -   June 8, 2012

Sure, the AP1 and AP2 irons get all of the attention, but these traditional forged blades are a great option for lower handicap players, too. Top line is thin, cavity is minimal, compared to others on the market. It’s just a solid-feeling, plain Jane, classy-looking iron. The cavity is shallow and has an inner cavity muscle behind the impact area, and the heads are shorter from heel to toe than most. Also, there is very little offset. This collectively lets you work the ball and get good ball trajectory. The soles are wider than most blades, which helps with turf interaction. There’s even a 2-iron offered with the set. Bottom line is that better players are attracted to Titleist clubs, and these will accommodate them perfectly.
