Especially considering these are PING irons, these have a very progressive look. They’re blade style with an aesthetically pleasing cavity. They’re definitely for better players who like control of their shots and want to work the ball. I found that when you nutted shots with these, they felt superb. Mishits let you feel a little sting, but that’s okay. I want that kind of feedback. Fortunately, the stabilizing bar in the rear helped minimize the negative effects of off-center shots. The grooves also help with spin control on shorter shots.
