M. Moore - Best hybrid iron set on the market   January 23, 2012

The HB3s are the best set of irons I have ever played. If you are looking for a hybrid iron set that is easy to hit, you won't go wrong. The lofts are up to 2 degrees less than what most people may be used to. For example, the pitching wedge is 44 degrees whereas I've been used to playing a 46 degree pitching wedge. But that has just given me about 10 yds more distance throughout the set per club. In other words, I'm hitting the pitching wedge about as long as I previously would hit a 9-iron. Also the standard lies are about 2 degrees less flatter than what I previously were fitted for. This just helps me get a higher flight trajectory throughout the set. I immediately felt more confident hitting these clubs than my previous hybrid set by another manufacturer. After 4 rounds, it is evident that for me this hybrid iron set is the right set for me. And trust me, I've tried several options on the market. I added the Cleveland Mashie 3H and also play the Cleveland FL270 Driver and Cleveland FL 3w along with Cleveland CG14 Wedges in 50 and 56 degrees. Now I finally have the best complete set of clubs for my game. I am a 16 handicap and have shot 4 rounds with these clubs at, or below, my handicap.
