    Cobra irons have always been reliable go-to clubs for those seeking a nice blend of forgiveness, distance and feel. This new model embodies all of that, using what the company calls “Advanced Material Placement” (yes, that’s the “AMP” in the name) for distance and accuracy. The long irons in this set are long. And the face is as forgiving as any iron around. Not crazy about the orange cavity, looks-wise, but I shouldn’t really care when it softens the feel as well as these do. The company’s is on a new mission to be cool and fun, but I just can’t get past the orange aesthetics.
