It’s easy to get confused about Adams irons, due to the similar names all of the irons seem to have. Unlike many of Adams’ iron sets, however, his set has no hybrids at the long end. It’s just a straight-out iron set with plenty to like. It’s aimed at better players, so it has a conservative look. Also, the forged heads sport a luxe black PVD finish – a nice touch. Progressive heel-toe weighting adds consistent stability in the long irons, while a low CG adds a subtle hint of higher ball flight without losing the piercing type of trajectory that low handicaps look for. They feel nice and pure at impact.
